Close your eyes and picture the face of someone you admire. Is it a friend, a colleague, a celebrity, a family member? Now think of something you admire most about them and say that thing to yourself. Let's picture another person that you admire. What quality do they possess that you admire? Say it to yourself. And finally, picture a third person you think very highly of. Why do they impress you? Now, if you can remember the quality you chose for each person, say all three qualities to yourself. These are attributes you value in others and in yourself. You are already a person worthy of admiration.
