Affirmations help me connect to myself spiritually. So what are affirmations? They are declarations of the positive. They are declarations of support and encouragement for whatever your soul needs at the time. They define the state of what you want with confidence and authority. I write new ones on post-its every month and I stick them on my mirror so I can look at them every day while I'm brushing my teeth in the morning. I'm gonna share with you some of my favorite spiritual self care affirmations. Feel free to repeat them after me. You can pause this and write them down or you can just listen and catch a vibe. My life is a blessing. Spirit is always guiding me. I feel the power of divine love. My spirit is whole. I open my heart to the guidance of God. My spirit and courage are unwavering. My energies are in harmony with the universe. I am a beautiful soul. I am aligned with my higher purpose. I acknowledge God in every creation.
