Let's start by taking a deep breath in and slowly releasing the air through your mouth. Now take one more nice, slow breath, feeling the rich air fill your lungs and escape. Let's think of a place you've been, a moment you had, where you were filled with wonder and awe. It could be someplace you've visited on a trip, or it can be a moment you had on an otherwise ordinary day. Take a moment to find this moment of awe in your memory. Go back to this moment. Try to put yourself in the same space. Look around. Observe the colors and textures. Listen to the sounds filling your ears in this remembered moment. Breathe in the air, and consider the aromas around you. Feel the air on your skin. And now remember the emotions of this moment. Take some time to describe them to yourself. Stay here and absorb this memory. Now with your feet back in the present, and your mind bridging the time between, say a few words of gratitude to God for a beautiful moment that will always be with you. Great job.
