Breathe Into Gratitude

Feel your whole self expand with love.

- Hi, I'm Kim. I'm a certified life coach, and I help women step into their soul's purpose through spiritual expansion. And today I wanna guide you through a very short gratitude meditation. So whenever you're ready, go ahead and close your eyes in a comfortable position. Taking a few deep breaths to just land in your body, relaxing your shoulders, relaxing the space between your eyebrows and the muscles in your face, noticing in your body where you still may be holding any tension, just relaxing into that space. And on your next breath, I invite you to bring your breath all the way down to the base of your spine, imagining your breath moving down your spine like a straw until it hits the base of your spine, your root chakra, connecting to your roots, feeling gravity pull you down, feeling heavy, rounded, stable, supported. And on your next breath, I invite you to bring your attention to the center of your chest, focusing all of your attention to your heart space. And in this moment, I invite you to begin to cultivate a feeling of love and gratitude. Sometimes that means thinking of all of the things that you are grateful for in your life or thinking of a certain person you are grateful for in your life, seeing them so clearly in your mind's eye. What are you grateful for today? Now just taking a big breath to expand that feeling of love and gratitude so that it fills your aura, it fills your field, and putting your hand on your chest, on your heart space, and repeating after me. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Whenever you're ready, taking your hand off of your chest, beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes, and opening your eyes. Thank you.
