There's a real art in this practice of contemplation and transformation to learning to listen from new depths of the self. So I hear this question a lot, "How can I live my best life?" The question I have that follows up on that is like, "From what depth are you sourcing the question itself and from what depth are you sourcing your motivation?" And, you know, there's a surface level depth of like, "Oh, I want to be loved, and liked, and regarded." That's fine too. But then, like, if we go 50 layers below that, you know, a thousand fathoms deep in the sea, there's the life we must live. And there's a quality when someone's living from that place, we fill it, and they become themselves. And everything they do is uniquely themselves and it's a gift.
