- Hi, Sade here. Hey, do me a favor and tap the like button on this video so you can see more content like this. I wanna talk to you about stretching and why I think it's so important. It improves flexibility, stamina, and energy, and also it releases tension in the body. If you're having a hard day, if you're upset about something or you get in an argument with somebody, all that stuff gets stored in our bodies, right? We keep it in, and it affects us. So I believe stretching is such a good way to release all of those things. Do you ever bend down and touch your toes and you just feel a release, a burst, right? So imagine doing that everyday. What if you could just do it five minutes a day? I know you're thinking, no girl, I don't have time. I'm up with the alarm, the kids, school, whatever it may be, I hear you, and I absolutely understand. So what if you could just do one minute a day? Even one minute, everyday, could just change, you get better, and better, and better. Small consistencies, I like to say. I think I just made that up, but you know.
