Reflect on a moment in the past week that was really hard. A moment that stretched you, bent you, and perhaps even broke you. What was especially difficult about this experience? What was the hardest part? Say it to yourself. Now, picture yourself holding a pair of 3D glasses. The lenses in these glasses alter your vision, helping the good of life to stand out. Take a minute to pick up the glasses and set them gently on your face. Now, reflect on the recent moment you just remembered. How is this experience different than before? What details come into focus with this new lens? Name a few changes to yourself. What does this new perspective feel like? Now, remove the glasses, put them in your pocket, and know that these glasses are ready for you. You have the power at any moment to change your focus.
