Red Smoke

Ground yourself in a moment of anger.

View Transcript
You're having an angry moment. Congratulations, you are human. Anger has a way of clouding everything else within you, like being filled with a swirling, red-hot smoke. Let's dispel the angry energy filling your body. First, ask yourself, what is causing this moment of frustration? Say this thing to yourself. Allow your body and spirit to feel the anger, this red, billowing smoke. Now, take a deep breath in. Exhale, feeling the warm air leaving your nostrils. Breathe out this anger, starting at your toes, then your knees. Continue to breathe deeply. Exhale the negative energy from your stomach and your shoulders and your neck. Imagine the red smoke dissipating with every breath. And feel the tension and darkness leave every inch of your body. Envision the clarity that fills you now. One more breath in to center yourself. And exhale.
