What would happen if we approached anxiety with curiosity and a desire to discover its deeper meaning? Anxiety can occasionally be terrifying and overwhelming. Let's explore more and allow our higher power to accompany us on this journey rather than attempting to suppress or dismiss our disquiet. In order to find peace and understanding in the face of grief, we could start by talking about our worries and seeking spiritual direction.

Take a moment to consider how your body is expressing anxiety. Close your eyes, take a few deep breaths, and pay attention to any physical sensations that arise. Accept these feelings as they are without judging them as you sit with them. Whether you want to refer to it as God, the Universe, or any other phrase that has meaning for you, invite your higher power to join you in this region. Allow yourself to be open and vulnerable as you describe the specifics of your experience to yourself and to your higher power.

Thank your higher power for being a part of your life and giving you the opportunity to face and overcome your anxieties. Accept the journey of self-discovery and have faith that you can overcome any obstacles in your path with the help of your higher power. Just remember that your higher power is still working with you on this. It requires tenacity, self-awareness, and a dedication to reflection. As you maintain this connection and accept the wisdom that anxiety offers, you will gain inner strength and a stronger sense of peace.

Do you feel anxiety right now? Anxiety often seems unbearable. But, rather than trying to escape, let's examine it closer. And as part of that, let's reach out to your higher power. Invite God into your anxiety with you. Describe to yourself and to God how your body is manifesting this anxiety. Sit here in this feeling. Though it's uncomfortable, don't leave. Stay here. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. And one more breath. Anxiety is not always a bad thing. Sometimes, it's your body's way of trying to draw your attention to something. What do you think your body is trying to tell you? Can you put it into words? Is the thing you feel anxious about something you have control over? If you do have control over this, ask your higher power to show you the very smallest, very first positive step you can take toward it. If this thing is not within your control, ask God for the strength to let it go. Breathe deeply in and out. Imagine your higher power above around you, pouring healing energy into your soul. What color is that energy? Imagine it encircling you and giving you comfort. Sit in the color and energy. And now, give thanks for this small gift from God.
