- Hi. Sade, here. I want to talk to you about gratitude. Although sometimes life can get you down, it's important to remember to be thankful and appreciate the things that we have that are going well. This isn't to ignore the ups and downs and the ebb and flow of life, but it's a way to recognize the positive in your life when you need it. Saying gratitude affirmations actually helps to rewire the brain, it helps us focus on the positive, so we can get through the negatives. Today, I want to share with you some positivity, gratitude affirmations. I'm grateful for everything, the good and the bad, because it has made me who I am today. Each and every day I learn new lessons and expand my awareness. I start each day with new attitude of gratitude. I realize that there'll be obstacles, but I have the strength to get through them. Every day I get better and better. I give myself the care and attention I deserve. I believe things will work out for me. I appreciate all the good in my life. I release the amount of pressure I put on myself. I am focused on the joy of living. Thank you so much for joining me today.
