Exhale, switch sides. Hey; that's my fiddle fig. Nice. Wiggling those fingers as well. Beautiful; come back to center, drop those shoulders down. A couple of deep breaths here, just nice and simple. The simplest things can have the biggest release of tension, right? Big inhale. Exhale. So good; remember to be true to yourself, stay in that divine energy, and know that God loves you.
