Set simple, reachable goals for personal progress.

Take a moment to breathe and to listen. Listen to the energy in your body and listen to the energy in your spirit. It is always there, moving you forward. Let's use that energy to set some goals. Goals can seem daunting, but goals are nothing more than directions you give to your own energy. Take another deep breath, drawing your attention inward. Open your heart to the higher power in your life. Now out loud, or in your mind, ask for guidance to help you discover your goals. Spend a moment in silence here paying attention to where your mind goes. Now, ask yourself what is one thing I can start doing? What is one thing I can stop doing? What is one thing I can keep doing? Share your three goals with God. Finally, ask God for the continued energy to accomplish each goal.
