- [Rehl Clarke, Yoga Instructor] - Hi, guys, we are going to go through a super quick yoga flow to find some more harmony in our lives. So with that being said, let's get into it. We're gonna start in a comfortable seated position today. We are going to be doing a lot with our wrists and our fingers, relieving any pain or stress that we may have on them. We use them a lot, typing, writing. And when we are in pain, we can't have that harmony with ourselves or with God. So we're going to do some movements today that is gonna release stress and pain to help us feel as happy as we can and to feel that harmony that we can with God. We're gonna start with just doing small wrist circles here, back and forth, clockwise, counterclockwise. Extending our right hand out, we are going to take our left hand, extending our right fingertips back. You're really gonna feel this in the back of your forearm. Slowly releasing that and flipping to the opposite side. Extending our left fingers down, gently pulling them back. Taking both hands and interlacing our fingers, we're going to extend them outwards from us. We're gonna feel this stretch all the way from our hands, our forearms, up to our triceps, underneath our armpits. Slowly releasing that, we're gonna shake our hands out just a little bit. We're going to come onto our knees, placing our palms facing down. Our wrists are facing away from us, and we're gonna slowly sit back. Feeling a nice stretch here. We're gonna slowly peel our fingertips up and off. And placing our hands down one last time. Wrists are away from us. And slowly peeling our fingers up and back. One last time. Shaking that out, we're gonna inhale our arms all the way up. And exhale, interlace our fingers, pushing our fingers and our hands away from us. Exhale, releasing and shaking that out. Bringing our hands heart to center. Thank you so much for practicing with me today and finding better harmony through ourselves and with God. Namaste.
