[Kelly Boys, Mindfulness Trainer]
- I cope with life's challenges by leaning into them, that's the way that I've learned to be because I've learned it doesn't work to avoid them, and for me leaning into them even means seeing I'm avoiding it and then coming back. But there's a way that I trust the unfolding of life so much that I'm actually curious in the moment even though it's challenging. So I would say like my main methodology would be just being curious and I think that just comes from the practice of mindfulness and being curious about the challenge is I would say the, yeah, the biggest tool I use to cope with it. And knowing that there are things I don't know about it and leaning in and coming from the heart, you know, to whatever it is that is happening. These are all such simple things but they're really hard to do in real time when there's a challenge, and so I would say that's how I cope with the challenges, I see them as the thing that's here to be with.
