- Welcome to this process of getting into deep gratitude. This process will not only let you think of what you're grateful for, but it will allow you to just feel grateful. One of the coolest parts about it is if you have a question about your life, they say that after you're feeling grateful, you may just, you may have an answer. So think of something that you're thinking about in your life, question you have. And take a deep breath in through your nose, the deepest breath you've taken all day and exhale slowly through your mouth. Make your exhale slower than your inhales. Take a deep breath through your nose, the deepest one you've taken all day. And exhale slowly through your mouth, as slow as you can. When you exhale slowly, it remind your body that you're safe and that you're here and your present. As you continue to breathe, with every breath that you take in, even throughout this day, allow yourself to just feel more peace. And now, if you can just place your hand over your heart and just breathe into your heart. And as you breathe into your heart, feel the power of your heart. Your heart beats over a hundred thousand times a day without you having to do a thing. Remind you that you're here for a reason and that you're here for a purpose. Take a deep breath into your heart. And as you breathe into it, imagine this light coming into it, that light representing unconditional love, healing, strengthening. And as you breathe deep into your heart, feel that light expand your heart and heal, and feel that light go through your whole body, wherever it needs to go, as you continue to breathe deeply. And as you take the deepest breath, even deeper than you've taken all day, feel the breath expand your stomach, even to the air pushing against your spine. Exhaling slowly. Allow yourself to think of one thing that you could be grateful for now. Allow yourself to think of that one thing right now. See what you see. Hear what you hear. Feel what you feel when you allow yourself to just feel grateful now. Whatever that experience is or that person, or that thing, whatever that is for you, see it clearly. Make it brighter. Bring it closer to you. Make it bigger. Expand it in your life. Allow yourself to just feel that gratitude. And now, as you continue to expand on that gratitude, allow yourself to think of a second thing you could be grateful for. Maybe it's a person. Someone that was there for you. And allow yourself to see their face. Maybe smiling at you. See it clearly. Allowing yourself just to feel grateful for that moment, whatever that moment is. That person, make it brighter. Hear what you hear, whatever sounds you hear. Allowing yourself to just feel even deeper gratitude now. And now as you continue to breathe deeply, think of someone whose life you've blessed, someone that you've been there for. And allow yourself to imagine them popping up in front of you, whoever it is that pops up in front of you, and hear them say, "Thank you. Thank you so much." And allow yourself to receive their gratitude now. Just feel their gratitude. And maybe more people pop up. Anybody. It could be the cashier at their store that you smiled at, someone you were there for during a difficult time, whoever it is that pops up right now in this process. Maybe someone different pops up during different processes. But right now, whoever that is, allow yourself to receive their gratitude now. And now, as you continue to breathe that gratitude into your body, feeling it expand to every cell of your body, making it brighter, where do you feel that gratitude in your body? Feel it expand as you allow yourself to think of one more thing. This one could be a small thing. Something that maybe you normally wouldn't have been grateful for. Something you were wearing, maybe the technology, whatever it is. Allow yourself to experience the benefit of that blessing you have and feel that gratitude. Think of the first thing, think of the second thing you thought of. Think of the person saying thank you to you or the people saying thank you to you. Think of all the little things you could be grateful for. Now, think of any moment that comes to you: a spiritual moment, a moment where you laugh so hard, a sacred moment, a loving moment. Grab all those and just put them into your heart and just stack all that gratitude in your heart and breathe it all in. And from this place, allowing yourself to just get deeper into gratitude. Is there any answers to questions you've had? Or is there a message for you at this point? And if not, it's okay. But just know that you can get into this space of gratitude that will help you be more present, get more intuitive or in tune, and get into higher levels of feeling, helping you release different anxieties. And the more you do it, the deeper you can go. So as take a deep breath in, exhaling slowly, bring yourself back into the room, wiggling your fingers, wiggling your toes, remembering that you're important, that you're here for a reason, and that you're watching this for a reason. Have a beautiful day, a beautiful night whenever you watch this. Come back often and feel gratitude 'cause it will bless your life. Thank you.
