Close your eyes and listen to the thoughts rippling through your head. Can you count them? Imagine you are floating effortlessly on your back on a vast sea. You are alone, but not in any danger. Feel your many thoughts lapping against you constantly, like hundreds of tiny ripples in the water. Breathe deeply now. Turn your attention beyond your thoughts to your feelings. Picture these feelings as waves of emotion lifting your body up and down. What feelings have moved you today? Slow your breathing even more. Move beyond the rise and fall of the waves and feel the entire ocean under you. Around you. Connect to the depth of your spiritual senses. Reaching inward, outward, and upward. Feel the energy and flow of your spirit. What does your spirit feel like today? What does your spirit long for today? What can your spirit tell you today?
