Take a moment to really think about how you're feeling.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale out your mouth. Close your eyes and bring your mind to focus on the present. Let's take a moment to think about what you're feeling. For whatever reason, you may not be experiencing many positive emotions right now. How would you describe what you're feeling or not feeling right now? Say this aloud to yourself. Take as long as you need. If one of your friends were sharing these feelings with you, how would you respond? Talk to yourself as if you were talking to a friend. Now, direct your words to the higher power in your life. Share how you're feeling. If you feel so inclined, ask for help. Pause and listen for a moment. What thoughts come into your mind? Keep these thoughts close to your heart as you continue on with your day, and stay open to any other impressions that come your way.
