[Sade Jones, Wellness Coach] Hi, my name is Sade Jones, and I wanna take you on a guided writing meditation focused on gratitude. So grab your pen, paper or your journal or tablet, and let's do this. Let's start with listing three material things that you own, that you are grateful for. List three people that you are grateful that you've met. These are people that have inspired you. It can be a friend, someone who's come into your life and really changed things for you, a teacher or mentor, anything like that. Next, list three skills that you're grateful to have. And, finally, list three character traits that you are grateful to have. I know it can be a little overwhelming to focus on yourself and things that you're grateful for that you possess, but I really want you to take your time on this last one and really be grateful for you.
