- Hi, welcome to the Skylight app. I am so excited to share this walking meditation with you. This time is for you and your wellbeing. Feel the connection to your feet to the floor. Take a deep breath in. Exhale it out. Find the present moment. Walk slowly in affirming self-love and compassion. As you move, prepare yourself for the next 20 minutes of connecting to your thoughts, to yourself, and discovering how good it feels to move in alignment with who you are. Allow your breathing to flow naturally. Allow your body to feel good. Flow into the steps you are taking. Take another deep breath in and exhale out. Let go of any lingering thoughts in your mind. Release. Now, is the time to release and reset. Now, is the time to focus on you right now. You are a beautiful creation that is accepted and cared for. Love yourself as you are right now. Let calmness wash over you. Feel how the sole of your feet pushes against the ground and how the other lands gently over and over. Allow yourself to be grounded with each step. Notice how each part of your body moves. Take a purposeful and intentional look around. Pay attention to your surroundings. If you're outside, maybe take a moment to notice the leaves on the trees. If you're inside, maybe notice how the light reflects in the room. Allow each new thing you see to ground you in the moment. Let joy move through your body from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Feel it. Fall in love with what God has created. You are capable. You are powerful. You are able. Walk in your power. Walk faster now with control and grace. Take control of your body right now. Let's go. Feel the energy around your body, the space your body takes up in the air around you. Every particle in your body, every cell is vibrating with life and connecting to a higher power. Dig deep. Truly take the time to connect to a higher power right now. What does it feel like to connect to this higher power? What does it feel like to connect to yourself? Start to walk in the reality that you are connected. You are exactly where you need to be and everything is working for you. Move closer to the support you feel. Move closer to the alignment that is yours. Claim it, keep moving. You must hold on to your faith and trust the process. Stay in this unknown 'cause you can only ever create in this state. What does it feel like to trust? What does it feel like to be in alignment? What does it feel like to have faith? Teach your body to feel this. You got this. Shoulders back, head held high, walk in that faith. Move in this state. Feel it in your body. Focus on it, keep walking. How good does it feel to move? Start to send love and compassion to your body. Say the following out loud or to yourself, whatever works for you in this moment. I am love. I am doing my best. I choose to love myself in this moment. God loves me for who I am. God made me who I am for a reason. I live with an open heart. I am patient with the process. I am a soul on a beautiful journey. I am a blessing. I am a being of loving light. Recall that compassion you sent to your body. Accept self-love. Remember this feeling. Condition your body to vibrate with this frequency. Take a deep breath in. Exhale it out. Feel the serenity and tranquility moving throughout your soul. Acknowledge your body. You are home and this body. Be so proud of yourself. Be so connected to yourself. Slow it down for a moment, surrendering to this different vibration. Fall in love with the journey you are on.
