- I recognize truth by connecting with the felt sense in my body where there's this understanding that something that I've heard or thought, or that I feel that I know deeply resonates with my inner being, in a way. For me, recognizing truth comes from the felt sense of feeling a, "Yes," or an inner alignment. And it's both from hearing something from outside, and it's also from coming to an insight within myself.
