Picture yourself sitting at a table. On the table is a six-sided die. Now, imagine that you pick up the die and roll it. What number did you roll? Give yourself that many thank yous. Choose something specific for each one. Now roll the die again. What number comes up this time? Think of that number of things that you can thank God for. If you're in a place where you can, say each thank you aloud. Roll the die one last time. What number does the die read? Think of a person in your life that you're thankful for. What specific things could you thank this person for? As we conclude this exercise, consider calling or texting that friend to thank them.
