[Sade Jones, Wellness Coach] Journaling is so healing. I journal every single day and it took me a while to fully commit and make it a habit. And believe me, on some days it was a fight, me against me. It's one of the most rewarding things I do for myself daily. And there are so many ways to journal. I wanna encourage you to find your favorite way and go for it. There's gratitude journaling, journal prompts, and time free writing. And that's where you just set a timer and write whatever is on your heart. I go back and forth between them. Sometimes I'll do all three in one session depending on what I'm going through. It's important to find what you connect to and vibe with that. I find journaling to be a spiritual release. I talk to God in my free writing. I thank God in my gratitude journals. Prompts help me become closer to God and connect with myself. I wanna share some general problems with you on spirituality as a self-care practice. What is one thing you've always loved about yourself? Do you acknowledge your blessings daily? Are you acknowledging your spiritual needs? What's your relationship with God like? List three things that you are grateful for.
