[Kelly Boys, Mindfulness Trainer] - I think we discover our spiritual beliefs through a couple different ways. One is by learning what other people have discovered. I think that's a powerful part of the path. And as we learn what other people have discovered or are sharing, we can see what resonates as truth in us. And then from there, though, ultimately, I do think it happens in community as well, but it's a personal journey that we take of discovering what's true or what a spiritual belief that I'm holding. And I think that that belief, that I go on that process of discovering makes itself clear to me over time as I live into it and I hold a belief and then I see it to be true again and again. Oh, there is grace here in this situation, even though it's hard, and that keeps showing itself to me, so that's a belief I can hold now. Not only has someone else told me that, I also feel it in my own experience.
