Close your eyes and feel yourself relax. Take everything that's been on your mind today and set it aside for a moment. Imagine that you're standing outside on a perfect day. Before you is a hotel. It blooms with vibrant color. The smell of fresh-cut roses calls you inside, but it's something else that draws your attention. The sign in front says, "The Happiness hotel." Feel your yourself step in now. You enter a grand lobby. You are alone, but it is not lonely. There's a calm in this quiet. You realize that, perhaps, this hotel is all yours to explore. Let's have a look. Down a long hallway, you come upon a series of rooms. All of the doors, each a different color, invite you to enter. Locate the first blue door on the right and step inside. You discover something in here that makes you instantly happy, something that makes you smile. What do you see here that warms you? Breathe it in and appreciate it in detail. When you're ready, you step back into the hallway. There's a green door on the left side. Let's see what's behind it. You push it open, and you notice there's something on the ground. It's a small object that you can hold in your hands. Something that you love. What do you see? Pick it up. It's yours to take. Carry this object with you as you move into the hallway again. On the right, just a little way, is it gold door. Go to the gold door now and push it open. Inside you discover a good memory, a time you felt truly happy. Where were you? Who were you with? What did it smell like? What did you hear? Let this memory take over your senses. And slowly, as you open your eyes again, feel yourself smile, feel glad that this happiness is always within you with doors wide open.
