Hi, my name is Nora, and I'll be leading you in a short meditation today. This meditation will connect you into your true essence, connecting you into the love and consciousness, and the higher power that exists all around us at all time. So take a comfortable seat. You can sit cross-legged, you can sit on a chair, you can sit on the floor, but just make your body comfortable. And you can take a look around the room, around the surroundings that you're in. And just for a moment, let your gaze rest on something that feels pleasurable to you. You can soften your gaze on whatever this object is that you've rested your gaze on, soften your eyes, take a few blinks. And then you can shut down your eyes or you can keep them open if that feels more comfortable for you. And the way we're gonna connect into our true essence is through the breath. So close your eyes if that feels good to you or gaze at one point in front of you, softening your gaze if your eyes are open. And just take a few deep breaths in and out through your nose, inhaling and exhaling. And then you can just let the breath be natural if those first few breaths were slightly stronger. And as you breathe, I invite you to tap into this sense of connectedness. The connectedness to your true essence, to the love that exists within you, and to God consciousness that exists all around you. Keep relaxing your body. Let your eyebrows relax, the space between your eyebrows. Keep inhaling and exhaling through the nose. And see if you can let that sense of connectedness start to expand in your chest as you breathe, staying with the inhale and the exhale. Keep expanding that love within your chest and let it start to expand across your body, your entire body until it reaches outside of your body and it fills the room that you're in, and then it starts to fill even the outside of whatever space you're in, flowing into the rest of your home, outside of your home, into your town, your city, letting it flow out through the rest of the world. Just imagine it expand and grow, this essence of love and this connectedness to your higher power. Keep breathing in and out through the nose. And then once that feels complete, take a few more deeper breaths. So inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling out the mouth. Let these breaths be clearing, cleansing breaths, inhaling and exhaling. And one final time, and exhale. And then you can blink your eyes open, taking a look around your room and just notice what you notice. Thank you for being with me today in this meditation. Be well.
