Hello, and welcome to this meditation to help you wind down and find peace before you turn in for the night. Take a moment to invite your Higher Power into this space, acknowledging the Divine presence within and around you. Start by finding a comfortable spot by sitting, kneeling, or even laying down. If you have a blanket or pillow, feel free to use it for a support. Take a moment to close your eyes and connect with your spirit center. Breathe in deeply through your nose, filling your belly with air, and imagine a divine loving light fill your entire being. At the top of your breath, pause to notice the presence of this light within you. Then release it slowly through your mouth, letting go of any tension or stress. As you continue to breathe deeply, allow yourself to let go of any worries or concerns to your Higher Power. Trust that you are held in God's loving arms and that everything will work out for you. Take a moment to let the day’s worries and stress melt away, knowing that a divine power is with you every step of the way. Bring your attention to your hands, resting them softly in your lap or on your body, and notice the sensation of how they feel in this moment. As you continue to breathe, tuck in your chin and lengthen the back of your neck. Relax your shoulders and allow any tension to release, and hand over any burdens or worries to your Higher Power. Let go of the past and forgive yourself for any mistakes or shortcomings. Look forward to the future with hope and gratitude for what is to come, knowing it is even better than anything you could imagine. Be kind to yourself, accepting your flaws and limitations without judgment. Love yourself for who you are, rather than comparing yourself to others. Trust your intuition and believe in your abilities to navigate through difficult times with the help of something bigger than yourself. Remind yourself that you have managed anxiety before, and you can do it again. You are not in any danger, you’re simply uncomfortable. This feeling will pass, and you will come out stronger on the other side. As you continue to take deep breaths in and out, focus on a positive light filling your body as you breathe in and negativity and fear leaving your body as you breathe out. Allow yourself to feel calm and at peace, even in the midst of uncertainty. Finally, take a deep breath in and let it out slowly, feeling the presence of God within and around you. You are safe, and you can find inner peace and restful sleep. As we bring this practice to a close, take a moment to thank God for the peace and calm you have found. Sleep well, and wake up feeling renewed and strengthened from this meditation practice. Thanks for sharing this moment with me. Sweet dreams.
