It’s normal to feel anxious at times, but that doesn’t mean you have to endure it alone. Here’s a quick prayer you can recite or listen to in moments when your anxiety feels like it’s weighing you down, and you need the help and support from your Higher Power.
I ask that you guide me through this day, every hour, and every second, giving me the strength and courage I need to face whatever comes my way.
I bring all of my troubles and worries to you, knowing that you care for me and love me deeply. Please carry my problems and give me peace, joy, and happiness in return. I trust in your plan for me and believe that you will lead me to where I need to be.
When I feel like I'm falling, help me stand up and keep going. Show me the path that I should take, and bring me to a place where I can feel safe and at peace. In the midst of all the chaos and trouble in this world, I ask that you wrap me in your loving arms and bring me closer to you.
I surrender all of my worries and fears to you, knowing that you are in control of everything. Fill me with your peace, joy, and love, and take away any negative feelings that weigh me down. Help me trust in you and have faith that you will always provide for me and my loved ones.
