Focus on empathy to resolve conflicts with others.

There are two sides to every conflict. Sometimes it can be challenging to see the other perspective. Let's practice viewing a conflict from your friend's side. Choose a small conflict that you're currently facing with a friend. Something you feel ready to release. Then go ahead. Close your eyes, and engage your spiritual intuition. Imagine for this exercise that you are not yourself, you are your friend. How do you as your friend, name this conflict? Put it into their words. What are you as your friend truly hurt by right now? Be vulnerable in your answer. What do you as your friend need in order to move forward? Now, let's come back into your own body. Do a quick scan. Letting go of any tension as you move from your head. Through your arms. And your core. Down to the tips of your toes. Sending kindness and light with each breath. Ask yourself. "What do I need to communicate to heal this friendship?" "What do I need my friend to understand?" "What is one small action I could take to make my friend feel heard and loved?" When you have your answers, open your eyes.
