It is essential for our general health that we spend time alone and in stillness. Guided meditation is a powerful tool for this, allowing us to connect with our spiritual consciousness and cultivate a sense of calm in the present. The guided meditation takes us on a relaxing trip by assisting us in letting go of any physical stress as well as any burdens or unfavorable emotions we may be holding. Deep breathing and alert consciousness enable our bodies to channel spiritual goodness and absorb constructive concepts. In addition to helping us achieve inner calm, this exercise strengthens our connection to our spiritual selves and higher powers.

We provide ourselves a space to recharge and find peace among the chaos of life by allotting a brief amount of time each day for this guided meditation. When we focus on our breath and consciously let go of tension, we can experience a sense of calmness and tranquillity inside. We invite kindness, light, and spiritual optimism into ourselves as we breathe in. We release any ideas or feelings that are no longer helpful to us when we exhale. By engaging in this practice, we may learn to fully experience and be aware of the peace and beauty of the present moment. We may cultivate our spiritual awareness, develop our sense of gratitude and fulfillment, and enhance our overall well-being by routinely using this guided meditation.

Never lose sight of the fact that finding silence and tranquility is a journey that calls for perseverance. We may improve our ability to live more deliberately, equitably, and compassionately by adopting this guided meditation into our everyday routines. So stop right now, close your eyes, and begin this inner journey of transformation. You're seeking inner serenity and spiritual enlightenment.

- [Rehl Clarke, Yoga Instructor] - Hey guys, we're gonna take the next couple of minutes to connect with our spiritual awareness by doing a quick guided meditation. So let's get into it. I want you to find yourself in a very comfortable, seated position. Your spine is long and straight. Your shoulders are broad. Whether you are at work or at home, this is a great time to clear our mind, and connect our spiritual self to a higher power to continue out through our day. we're gonna start by keeping our eyes closed, relaxing every muscle in our face, relaxing our neck, our shoulders, our arms, our hips, our thighs, all the way down to our toes. Being completely aware of our surroundings. Inhaling through our nose and exhaling out through our mouth. A couple more times here. Inhaling all the way through our nose, filling our belly with air, lengthening our spine, imagining that we are holding in as much air as we possibly can. Holding that breath at the top, for 3, 2, 1, and release. All of that air out. We're gonna do that a couple more times. This time, inhaling any hard, difficult thing that you may be going through right now, at the moment. Inhaling all of that in, holding those feelings in, and exhaling through mouth, letting all of those feelings go. Being present, just for a couple of minutes, to feel stillness and peace. Inhaling through our nose. Another time, really expanding our rib cage and our belly out. And exhale, letting everything go. Finding presence and peace in this moment. We're gonna inhale taking our gaze, as our eyes continue to be closed, up to the sky, and exhale, letting our head fall to the right. Inhale, gazes up to the sky, and exhale, falling to the left. Inhale, gaze up to the sky, and exhale, bringing our chin close to our chest. Rolling out our shoulders a couple of times. Rolling down and up, up and down, back and forth. We're gonna find stillness here. Again, inhaling through our nose, and really expanding our stomach, we're going to embody all the positive thoughts that we can create. Inhaling, bringing in as much light and spiritual goodness as we can. And exhaling through our mouth, holding onto those good feelings and thoughts. One more time. Inhaling, the goodness of our day, our mood, something we're looking forward to today. And exhaling through our mouth, holding onto those feelings and thoughts. We're gonna inhale, lifting our arms all the way up to the sky. And exhale, bring your hands, heart to center. Taking our gaze open. Eyes are wide. Thank you so much for taking these quick five minutes to practice with me. Namaste.
