- Hi, everyone, Sade here. I wanna talk to you about stretching and why I think it's so important to do. It releases tension, it gives energy, and it really aids in flexibility. I think it's so important and often we don't do it enough, really. I think it's important to stretch every day. And I know sometimes it's like, "Oh, my God. I don't have the time for that. I'm up. Go, go, go, going." Two to three to five minutes of stretching daily can really, really change your body, can change how you move. It can, again, release that tension. So I wanna invite you to a few stretches. Really simple. Each video here is just focused on one stretch with the breathing in mind, and also prayer. Just centering your mind, really letting God move into your body and flow, letting that creative energy and just that peace just washed over you while you stretch. I think prayer is really important in daily life as well. And why not do two things at once? I love stretching and talking to God. I love movement. I love releasing tension. We store a lot of tension in our body. We tend to store a lot of emotional things in our body as well. And just a simple stretch here can really release just... Like, it feels so good you won't even realize what we're doing or that we're holding that tension. So I wanna invite you to get loose, feel free, and spend a little time with God.
