Think of your inner voice as your north star. It's the knowing that comes from your gut. Pure, unfiltered instinct. You can use this spiritual voice to navigate important decisions. Today, we're going to practice turning up the volume. Close your eyes now. Inhale deeply. Exhale out of your mouth. Imagine that you've stumbled onto a new podcast. Only there's something surprising about this podcast. You are the host and the guest. You hear your self ask. How are you feeling at this moment? Go ahead and listen for your own answer, knowing that the first you hear is your truth, and acknowledging it without judgment. You ask yourself, what's one small thing you can do to take better care of your spirit? Again, tune into your answer... Embracing whatever comes to your mind with love. Then you get a little braver. What's something I can let go of today? You ask. Hear yourself answer while taking a deep breath in and exhaling it all out. Now, just relax in this space, open to anything else you need to ask or hear. And when you're ready, open your eyes, going back into your day with your inner voice a little sharper.
