- [Sade Jones, Wellness Coach] Self-love for depression. I wanna share these because I've experienced feelings of depressions. I have felt and have thought very negatively about myself, even recently, to be honest. Sometimes it's very difficult to get yourself out of that negative head space. Or even like the spiral, you can feel yourself spiraling, but you can't get out of it, so I wanna offer you some encouraging love-based affirmations for depression. I see the good in myself. I choose peace. I am balanced. Not everyone will understand my situation, and that's okay. There is good in my life. I am proud of myself for making it this far. I am resilient. I value myself. I'm loved and appreciated, even when it feels like I'm not. Brighter days are ahead.
