It’s okay to feel lonely. As humans, we crave true connection, and when that is absent at times we can feel isolated and alone. Here are 10 affirmations to help you through the lonely moments in life. I am whole and complete, and know that I am not hurt or broken. My loneliness does not define me, and I am open to receiving love and connection. I choose to focus on what’s right with me, and celebrate my unique qualities and strengths. I am alone, but not lonely. I embrace the peace that comes from solitude. My Higher Power is always with me, and I am grateful for the blessings in my life. The longest relationship I’ll ever have is with myself. I am comfortable in the silence and allow my thoughts to turn to God. I am needed, valued and appreciated by others. I am patient with myself and know that God cares about my life. The loneliness will pass.
