- Hi, Sade here. Do me a favor and like this video if you wanna see more content like this. Today, I wanna just release the neck. I feel like we hold a lot of tension in our neck, which can go down to our spine, it can make our traps tight, make our shoulders tight. A lot of pain in our neck from stress, especially from just day to day stuff, so I wanna take a few moments here to just release the tension in the neck. Yes, it is that simple to just focus on stretching the neck. So let's get into it. Take a deep inhale. Exhale. Two more, just like that, deep inhale. Exhale. So good, one more deep inhale. Exhale. Great, slowly drop the chin to the chest, and then rotate the neck, having the ear come to the shoulder, and then dropping the head all the way back, and then ear to shoulder. Keep moving in one direction, just releasing. Finding your breath. Thanking God for the day. Feeling good and free in this moment. Come back to center. Awesome, take a deep inhale. Exhale. Opposite way. Beautiful. Keep flowing in that direction. Expressing gratitude, to be able to take the moment right here, and just release something so simple can be so great. Nice. And bring your head back to center. Look to your right, all the way, let your eyes guide you. Come back to center. Look to your left. Nice, come back to center, drop your head all the way down, come all the way back up. Back to center, take a deep inhale. Exhale. Remember to be true to yourself, stay in that divine energy, and know that God loves you.
