Good morning. Wherever you are, you can wake up your body by starting with your breath. Take a deep breath in, letting yourself fill up with as much air as possible. Now, release all that air from your mouth. Let's do this two more times. Deep breath in, let it all out. Deep breath in, let it all out. Keeping your breath active and full, lean your head to one side. Take one breath here. Now, go for the other side. Take another breath here. Now, start drawing circles with your chin, tracing your collarbone and then tilting up towards the sky. No rush here. If you find a place that feels extra good, feel free to stay there. Roll forward through your shoulders, letting your arms and elbows come with you if they want to. Now, roll backward through your shoulders. Let your breath create space for you, and extend your arms above your head, pushing energy up and out through your fingertips. Take a deep breath in, and on your exhale, drop your arms back down. Breathe for a moment here. What is your intention for today? Is there a feeling you want to embody, an attribute you want to develop, a person you would like to help? Let your mind and spirit work together to discover your intention. On every inhale, repeat that intention in your mind. Keep this going until you feel ready to start your day. If you find yourself getting stressed during the day, come back to your intention.
