- Hey, Sade here. Do me a favor and give this video a thumbs up or a like if you wanna see more women in stretches. Let's get into the side stretch. Seated, inhale. Exhale, bring that left arm over, go ahead and let the right elbow drop. So good, feeling that stretch in the obliques, this is good for your shoulders as well. You're wiggling the fingers. Inhale. Exhale, switch sides. Hey; that's my fiddle fig. Nice. Wiggling those fingers as well. Beautiful; come back to center, drop those shoulders down. A couple of deep breaths here, just nice and simple. The simplest things can have the biggest release of tension, right? Big inhale. Exhale. So good; remember to be true to yourself, stay in that divine energy, and know that God loves you.
