So, you might be thinking, what is mindful walking? Well, it's actually a form of meditation. It's an active practice that requires you to be consciously aware, and move in the environment, rather than sitting down with your eyes closed. It's a simple and comfortable form of meditation for anyone who wants to have a more active practice. This practice can bring you closer to nature and your body as well. I know it sure helps think that to myself, my body, and the divine feminine. Your creative, active, feminine energy likes to move. Mindful walking can help assist with that. Friendly reminder; we all have male and female energies, they are not specific to one gender. So, to all, if you feel mindful walking as a meditation might be your vibe, you should definitely try it. The following general prompts are questions about your mindful walking after you try it. So, please come back and write about your experience. Are you recognizing your spiritual and physical needs? Where did your mind go during your walk? What does your meditation look like? Do you feel connected to nature? Did you have any spiritual experiences on this walk? If yes, explain.
