- Hi, guys. We are going to find a little bit of passion today through this five minute super easy and relaxing yoga flow. Let's get into it. We are going to start today on our knees. If you have a knee injury, or this is hard on your knees or your ankles, please feel free to sit down crisscross on a bolster, a pillow, whatever is going to be most comfortable for you. We are going to be sitting here for about three to five minutes, so we want you to be the most comfortable that you can. We're going to start by inhaling our arms all the way up to the sky, clasping our fingers together and falling to the right. Inhaling our arms up, gazing up to the sky, and exhale, falling to the left. Inhale up to the sky, and exhale, falling to the right. One more time. For these next couple of minutes, I want you to think of something that you are passionate about, something that drives you. Inhale up and exhale falling to the left. When we have passion for things, it brings us to accomplish things in life that we may not have before. Inhale up and exhale, drawing our elbows down to our side. We're going to come to all fours. We're going to inhale. Left arm comes all the way up to the sky. Exhale, drawing that through. Inhale, bringing your left arm up to the sky, and exhale, placing that down. Opposite side, inhale, right arm comes up to the sky, and exhale, drawing that through. Inhale, right arm comes all the way up to the sky, and exhale, bringing both hands down. We're going to press our knees outwards, coming down into a Child's Pose, extending our arms out in front of us. Taking a deep inhale and exhale here. Placing our hands together in a prayer like position, we're going to touch the top of our spine with our fingertips. Releasing that. And inhale, coming all the way up back to that kneeling position. On our knees or seated, wherever's most comfortable. We're going to inhale our arms up one last time, and exhale, bring your hands heart to center. Inhale through our nose and exhale through our mouth. Thank you so much for practicing with me today and finding a little bit of passion for this yoga flow. Namaste.
