“One time I was feeling really down and sad. I didn’t have anyone near me to help me out—but I knew I could pray. I remember kneeling down on my bed, talking to God, and telling him exactly how I was feeling. I remember feeling so much love, and I was reminded how many people love me and that I could make it through that challenging time. I believe this moment was so memorable because I really poured out my heart and took the time to ponder and feel God’s love.” -Leah, Rexburg, USA
“After four failed pregnancies and doing everything my husband and I could do to bear a child, I received a surprising vision of two little boys in my bathtub, bathing; one smaller blonde and about a year older dark-haired boy. A feeling of reassurance and love filled me. Three years later, I saw that vision in reality! I thanked almighty God for his care, reassurance, and love.” -C.A.O., McKinleyville, USA
“I was so sad and depressed always crying. My room was a mess, clothes everywhere, couldn’t see the floor. I was in the bathroom crying and I lifted my hands and shouted, “Fine, I give up! I don’t want to do this anymore, I give up here!” I don’t know why I did it, and I didn’t know who I was talking to but instantly something lifted me up. I felt a loving presence, and that day I cleaned a room that looked like hell for months! I felt better. I gave my problems away and I have not looked back since that day. God showed me how powerful the unconditional love for me is. It is for all of us, and as long as we give up the idea that we’re in control, all of our needs will be supplied.” -Lex, D.C., USA
“One time I was walking by myself on my family's farm talking to God. I was probably about 13 at the time and there were a lot of changes happening in my life at the time. I was asking God about some things that were going on in my life and I felt like He asked me to ask Him how much He loved me. I thought it was kind of funny, but I asked Him. He told me He loves me so incredibly much, and I began to feel a warm love envelop me to the point it was so overwhelming and so pure that I began to cry. I truly felt loved by God in that moment.” -Josh, Redding, USA
“My Dad was in the hospital and was having surgery. I was tired of sitting in the lobby and started walking up and down the halls of the hospital. As I walked by, I could see people in beds, sitting in recliners or wheelchairs, looking so sad and alone. I felt sorry for them. Suddenly I felt a tug at my heart. The Tug actually got bigger and I felt like my heart was expanding beyond my chest. Then MY heart just burst open with Love. I was so FULL of LOVE. I wanted to go to everyone and just give love to them and to comfort them. To hold their hand, be with them, sit with them, take care of them. I’ve never experienced anything like this before or since. But the knowing that there is so much love in me, in all of us, was one of the most amazing and life-altering experiences I have ever had.” -Debbie, Minnetonka, USA
