We often take many things for granted and place more value on what we lack or want than what we currently have.

The importance of practicing gratitude lies in its ability to change our perspective and give us a sense of contentment and happiness. Today, I wanna share with you 10 gratitude affirmations for when we take things for granted and we can reset and give back to appreciating our lives. I am grateful for everything in my life. I am joyful because of all the good in my life. I am grateful for the people in my life. I am grateful for my body. I treat others with respect, the way I want to be treated. I am grateful for life's beauty. As I focus on compassion, I naturally relate to others with love and understanding. I appreciate the simple pleasures in life. I realize what I eat and drink passes through many hands before me, I am so grateful to these people. I'm grateful for all blessings in my life big and small.
