In order to keep a connection with something more than ourselves, whether it be a higher power, the universe, or our own inner wisdom, it is crucial to look after our spiritual well-being. It examines not only the physical and mental aspects of self-care but also its spiritual aspect.

Spiritual self-care may lead to peace, harmony, and satisfaction. This may entail techniques like mindfulness, writing, meditation, prayer, or doing artistic undertakings that have a spiritual resonance. By scheduling time for these activities, we may reflect, develop internally, and learn more about ourselves and the world around us.

Just as we prioritize our bodily and mental health, so too must our spiritual health be a top priority. By taking care of our spiritual needs, we nourish our spirits and create a feeling of community, purpose, and meaning. In order to maximize the benefits of spiritual self-care for our overall wellness, let's pledge to practice it often.

Hi, Sade here. I wanna talk about self-care as a spiritual practice. Most of us acknowledge the importance of taking care of our physical health and our mental health. Feel like sometimes our spiritual health can be easily overlooked. Physical health is taking care of our bodies and mental health is taking care of our minds. But what about our souls? That's where spiritual self-care comes in. So how does one take care of their soul? I believe it starts with a connection to yourself, tuning into your higher self, and taking the time to understand what your soul is truly craving. Once you start to develop an understanding of what your soul needs, spiritual self-care becomes about honoring that. I wanna share with you four self care practices I use to connect with my higher self and God. Affirmations, journaling, meditation, and mindful walking. I break these down in the next four videos. I hope you join me.
