- Hi. Sade, here. If this is not your first time watching my video, first, thank you. And two, you know I struggle with anxiety. In fact, I was recently diagnosed with GAD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I'm so proud of who I am and at peace with this, because I use my anxiety to help me navigate. Of course, it's not always easy, but I love myself through it. I want to share with you 10 self-love affirmations for anxiety. I have the ability to overcome my anxiety. The feelings of panic are leaving my body. I can be at peace. I am free of anything that weighs me down. All is well in my world. I will get through this. I am in control. I am calming down. I give myself permission to feel how I feel without judgment. I open my soul to peace.
