- [Rehl Clarke, Yoga Instructor] - Hi guys. We are gonna take the next couple of minutes to wind down lying on our back and to connect with our spirituality. Let's get into it. I want us to start by lying down on our back. If you have a bolster or a pillow you would like to have support on your low back feel more than free to do so. We're gonna lie down, relaxing our body keeping our knees up towards the sky. Our feet are planted down onto the ground and we're gonna let our knees just fall left to right here. Really just taking this time to wind down our mind, our mood, so we can connect better spiritually to ourselves. Couple more times letting our knees fall left to right, right to left. Finding stillness. We're going to inhale, lifting our hips up towards the sky clasping our fingers underneath our hips, and holding here feeling this nice stretch in our low back. We're gonna inhale through our nose, exhale through our mouth, releasing our hands, slowly lowering our hips down onto the ground. We're going to extend our left leg out. Inhale, bringing our right knee close to our chest. Taking our left hand on top of our right knee, we're going to pull our right leg across our body extending our right arm out, gazing at our right fingertips. Inhale, bringing that right knee close to our chest extending our right leg out. Inhale, bringing our left knee close to our chest. Taking our right hand on the outside of our left knee, we're gonna do the same thing on the opposite side crossing that over our body, extending our left arm out gazing at our left fingertips. Inhale, bringing that left knee close to your chest holding that there, drawing our right knee into our chest tucking our nose to our knees and giving ourself a nice big hug. Slowly releasing that, extending all of our limbs flat onto the ground. Coming into a short savasana. Gonna inhale through our nose, exhale through our mouth. Wiggling your fingers and your toes becoming aware of your surroundings and meeting me up in a seated position. We're gonna inhale our arms all the way up to the sky. Exhale, bring your hands, heart to center, giving ourself a humble bow of gratitude. Thank you so for practicing with me today and taking this time to wind down and connect to ourselves better spiritually, namaste.
