- [Sade Jones, Wellness Coach] Hey, so I got a question for you. All seriousness. Are you taking things for granted in your life? Are you? It's okay, we all have, no one's perfect. Today, I wanna share with you 10 gratitude affirmations for when we take things for granted and we can reset and give back to appreciating our lives. I am grateful for everything in my life. I am joyful because of all the good in my life. I am grateful for the people in my life. I am grateful for my body. I treat others with respect, the way I want to be treated. I am grateful for life's beauty. As I focus on compassion, I naturally relate to others with love and understanding. I appreciate the simple pleasures in life. I realize what I eat and drink passes through many hands before me, I am so grateful to these people. I'm grateful for all blessings in my life big and small.
