You are it, just how you are right now. I wanna share with you self-love affirmations for being in your body. I love my body. I love my body and all that it does for me. I am strong and healthy. I nourish my body every day. I am full of validity. My body deserves love. I release negative thoughts about my body. I deserve to feel so good in my skin. My body is a gift.
